Google API Services User Data Policy Compliance

Conductor’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Google user data accessed through Conductor is only used to provide and improve user-facing features directly requested by the user, including calendar scheduling, meeting coordination, meeting summaries, productivity insights, and related workflow functionality.

Conductor does not:

• Sell Google user data
• Use Google user data for advertising purposes
• Allow humans to read user data except:
  • when required for security purposes,
  • with explicit user consent,
  • or to comply with applicable law
• Use Google user data to train generalized AI or machine learning models

Google user data is processed securely and only retained as necessary to provide the requested functionality. Users may revoke access to Google integrations and request deletion of their data at any time.
